1. What type of clothing does The ZigZag Stripe offer?

The ZigZag Stripe offers chic and stylish clothing for women. Our products are designed to elevate any outfit and bring out the perfect silhouette, making our customers feel confident and fashionable.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on every single order. All of our orders ship from our Arlington, Texas warehouse.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically, we get orders out within 2-3 business days. We ask for up to 7 business days just in case we've had an influx of orders. Please note that business days do not include Saturday and Sunday.

4. What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item(s) to send back the return for store credit or exchange. We only issue store credit for returned item(s). Please note that all item(s) purchased at 30% off or more and/or marked as "NO RETURNS" are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For more details on how to return or exchange an item, please refer to our refund policy.

5. Can I cancel or edit my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or edit the order. If you place a duplicate order or order duplicate items by accident, we will only refund in store credit. No exceptions.

6. What should I do if my item is damaged upon arrival?

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to customerservice@zigzagstripe.com. In your email, please include photos of the damaged item, your order number, and whether you would like an exchange for the same item or a refund.

7. Do you offer exchanges?

We can only process exchanges for the same item in a different size. If you wish to exchange an item, please include the details on the invoice slip or a piece of paper inside the package being returned. If the exchange cannot be made, we will follow our return policy and issue online credit for the item(s).

8. Are sale items eligible for returns?

Any items purchased at 30% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any orders placed during our Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and End of the Year Sales.

9. What should I do if my package is mishandled or stolen?

Once a package leaves our location, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any packages marked delivered and not received, tampered with, mishandled by the postal carrier, or stolen. We recommend contacting the postal carrier regarding any mishandled, stolen, or damaged packages.

10. Can I return an item that has been washed or worn?

Once an item has been worn or washed, it cannot be returned, and credit or exchange cannot be done. We are not responsible if the item becomes damaged in your care while washing or drying.
