Return Policy & Shipping Info

All of our orders ship from our Arlington, Texas warehouse absolutely FREE! Yep, FREE shipping on every single order. However, if an item(s) is/are to be sent back, we ask the customer to pay the return shipping using any shipping carrier of their choice. 

Standard Delivery and Processing: Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the expected arrival date. We do not have control over how quickly the shipping carrier transports and delivers the package. The delivery times are estimated, which could vary on the end of the shipping carrier. 

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item(s) to send back the return for STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE. We only issue back in the form of store credit for returned item(s). We ask that you look over and try on item(s) immediately. Keep in mind all item(s) purchased at 30% off or more and/or marked NO RETURNS are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged. All returns or exchanges are to be mailed back to the warehouse address listed below. We WILL NOT ACCEPT returns on any item(s) that have been washed, worn, or contain odor. We WILL NOT ACCEPT returns that are past the 30-day return window. Any item(s) sent back after the 30 days will be subject to a return shipping label fee.

Once the item(s) has been worn or washed, the item(s) can not be returned, and credit or exchange can not be done. We are not responsible if the item(s) does become damaged in your care while washing or drying. 

You do not need a pre-authorized return number to have item(s) returned for online store credit or exchange. As long as the item(s) is not past 30 days and final sale, it can be returned back to our warehouse.

How to Return: On the invoice received in your order, write the reason for the return. If you no longer have your order invoice, please write your name, email, phone number, order number, and reason for the return/exchange on a sheet of paper. Place the sheet of paper/invoice inside the package being returned. Please mail the package back to the warehouse address. Once processed, you will receive an email with an e-gift card for the return. We issue back in the form of online ZZS credit for all returned item(s). 

How to Exchange: If you wish to have an exchange, on the invoice slip or piece of paper, you will write your name, email, phone number, order number, and what you wish to exchange, along with the size. We can ONLY do an exchange for the same item in a different size. We can not process an exchange for a completely different item. If we can do the exchange, you will get an email informing you that the new size is en route. If the exchange can not be made, we will follow our return policy and issue online credit for the item(s). 

SALE ITEMS: Any items purchased 30% OFF, or more are FINAL SALE/NO RETURNS. This includes any orders placed during our Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and End of the Year Sales. 

DAMAGES: If your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to customerservice@zigzagstripe.com. In your email, please include photos of the damaged item, your order number, and if you would like an exchange for the same item or a refund. 

Mishandled or Stolen Packages: Once a package leaves our location, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any packages marked delivered and not received, tampered with, mishandled by the postal carrier, or stolen. We recommend contacting the postal carrier regarding any mishandled, stolen, or damaged packages. 


Please Note the Following:

  • ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, WE CAN NOT CANCEL or EDIT THE ORDER. If you place a duplicate order or order duplicate items by accident, we will ONLY REFUND IN STORE CREDIT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • We CAN NOT CHANGE THE FORM OF PAYMENT once the order is placed. We will not apply e-gift card codes or coupon codes to the purchase once placed.
  • If a FINAL SALE/NO RETURNS item(s) or item(s) past the 30 days return window, are sent back, you have 30 days to respond whether you would like to pay for return shipping or donate the item(s). If we do NOT hear from you, we will assume you have given your consent to donate your item(s).
  • If a full-priced item(s) goes on clearance within 48 hours of your purchase, we will issue the difference back to you in the form of store credit. This credit will be sent to the email associated with your The Zigzag Stripe account.
  •  We do offer free shipping for all orders. If a package is marked “return to sender” (returned to The ZigZag Stripe), we will notify you of the address mishap and give the option to pay for the return shipping of the package. WE WILL NOT REFUND FOR REFUSED PACKAGES.
