There are few things you'll want to know as your prep you ribbons & bows!
The ZigZag Stripe Gift Cards: Our Gift Cards are a great gift, particularly for those who are hard to shop for! It allows the recipient to shop our entire store for what fits them best, you purchase the gift card and they handle the rest!
What You Should Know: There are two ways to purchase The ZigZag Stripe gift cards; online & in-store - and YES it does matter because they are NOT interchangeable. Gift cards purchased in-store can only be used at The ZigZag Stripe Store located at 8001 Valcasi Drive, #131 Arlington, TX 76001, and gift cards purchased online are only redeemable online at www.ZigZagStripe.com. Therefore, please be mindful of how your recipient may want to use the card prior to purchase.
Holiday Shipping & Receiving: With the hustle and bustle of the holidays, not only are we busier but so is the postal service! Ideally, customers who upgrade their shipping to Fast Pass can expect their items to ship within 24 hours and customers who utilize Free Shipping will have their items shipped within 3-5 business days!
What You Should Know: All orders placed by midnight on Monday, December 14, 2015 is guaranteed to ship for delivery by Christmas. The ZigZag Stripe can not guarantee delivery for orders placed after that date. Also, The ZigZag Stripe Warehouse & Store will both be closed on Christmas Eve & Day, December 24-25, 2015.
Returns: We get it, whether you are buying for yourself or someone else, it doesn't always work out. We do our best to appease our customers when it comes to returns and exchanges. Our general window of time for exchanges or returns is 14 days, however for purchases made throughout the month of December we have expanded the window.
What You Should Know: All items bought between December 1-31, 2015 are eligible for exchange or return for up to 30 days after their purchase date, this includes items bought online and in-store. For online exchanges and returns please follow our established procedure which can be found HERE.
Please Note: Both our Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sales were held in November and are not eligible for the 30 Day Exchange option.
