What is your go-to coffee order?

On the go, I love my iced hazelnut coffee from Dunkin or Starbucks! If I am at home, the pre-made Starbucks cold brew with a splash of Carmel Premier Protein Shake, trust me it is so good!

I am a big reality junky, can you tell? 

What is your favorite movie?

Currently, I am have fallen in love with the movie Greater on Netflix! It is a true story about Brandon Burlsworth, who was a walk-on at The University of Arkansas (WOO PIG). He was told he wasn't good enough to play Division I football, took a risk and walked on in 1994, and he became the most respected player in the history of the program. It also tells a great story of God's plan and walking in faith. This is a must-have movie the whole family would love. GO WATCH NOW! 

 

 

What is your role at ZigZag? 

People love to ask, "What is your title?", and to be honest I just say "Leslie's sidekick?" 🤣 I don't have a specific title, but I create the product we received that day into our system, write descriptions/fabric/sizing recommendations for each product, social media, buy new product and work on restocks.

 

What are your must-have pieces that are on the website right now?

• Mel's Distressed Denim Top- my fav for layering over my graphic tees and basic tops!  
• Every pair of biker shorts- ha! These are actually amazing and I have worn them for years. 
• Babes Support Babes Tee- I size up from my normal size small for an oversized and comfy fit! 
• Black Just My Luck Jumpsuit- I actually own every color of this jumpsuit because it is the most comfortable piece of clothing I have! It is so flattering on all sizes and a staple in my closet!

 

What is your favorite trend this season?

Tye-dye allllll the way! 💗💛💙

 

What is your favorite part of working for a boutique?

I have two favorite things. The first is working with your best friend! I mean, not many people can say they work with their best friend or stay best friends while working so close. I see Leslie more than my husband some weeks! 🤣 But we have so much fun together and really understand one another. In a day, she can be my boss, mentor, best friend, she plays many roles. 

The second favorite part of my job is traveling/markets! I LOVE going to markets and shopping our favorite vendors, but it is also really exciting finding new vendors to work with. Traveling to LA and meeting with our vendors, really making those relationships are so special and so much fun.
